40+ offers made
{7 months on a pending sale}
*2 months* of escrow
100s of antacids
and
160,342 prayers [at least]...
...we finally own a little 3 bedroom/2 bath starter home with a sunroof and hardwood floors.
Woo hoo!!!!!
Now, friends, what should I do with it?

wahoo!!! congrats to you both. first things first, stand barefoot on those beautiful hardwood floors and feel the sun on your shoulders through that skylight. then, let the fun begin!
