Kelli Works Her Magic With a Scissor Again

My super talented friend, Kelli is a magician with a pair of sheers. She called me a while ago to see if I would show off some of her talent at a hair show that her salon is hosting, so yesterday I went for the model call and to get my hair cut and colored. I've only had my hair colored once before, and you'll have to imagine the darker dimensions up there as my photo was snapped in a hurry this morning, but I love it as usual.
Kelli is incredibly skilled, creative, fresh and also acts as on-the-spot counselor for all who sit in her chair. So if you have split ends or need an ear, Kelli's your girl. In fact, I'm so in love, I drive an hour and a half over a whole mountain range to see her.

The show is Thursday, March 12 in Corona del Mar at Salon Papillon and if you are interested in a super hot evening complimented by DJs, drinks, and delicious style, come visit us. If you can't make it, I'll let you know all about it next week.

Oh, it looks lovely! I would love to have a hair stylist exactly like that! Last time I had my hair done she was drinking wine (it was in the evening) and all I held my breath that it wasn't effecting her motor skills!

Hey there.
In response to your comment on my blog about the photos. Do you have Adobe Illustrator? I import all my photos in there and then add a shadow and rotate them at different angles. Then for all the little tags and type, I just add shapes and type in the text. For the little embellishments, I take photos of objects that I have like ribbons, etc and do the same to them as I do to the photos. But with my post about Kemah, the ribbon and heart I used there were sent to me by my friend, but you can easily make your own in photoshop.
