Longest Pier on the Pacific Coast

We love our pier.
Even if it takes about a week to walk all the way to the end.And you get hit on by the surfers on either side. And this guy has his own sign that states he will bite stupid people.
And I don't know who Granny Mabel Irick is, but I bet she's cute and wears big hats. But there is a great place called Ruby's where the girls wear red and white pinstripe mini dresses and the guys wear white pants and it's a great place to get shakes and onion rings.
We love our pier, especially in the summer.

And be sure to visit my amazingly talented friend, Kotori's giveaway, celebrating the grand opening of her shop!

Looks like a fun pier. There's a Ruby's by where I used to work, and we'd pop in there for lunch time. They have great breakfasts!

I haven't tried Ruby's but I've walked that pier with my family. My grandfather used to fish off it. So pretty!

um, there are no piers, pelicans or oceans here in Iowa, i'm sad to say!

just thought i'd drop by and tell you we have 'piggy in the puddle' from the library right now. when i saw it on the shelf, i thought of you, and knew we HAD to check it out! after reading it, i realized i had this book read to me as a child! it's fun to read outloud!
